PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy provides information about the processing of personal data when you visit this website. The website has intentionally been implemented with a streamlined technical setup.
1. Controller
HERWIG Consulting GmbH, registered office in Hamburg, Managing Director Volker Herwig. Contact: info@herwig.global.
2. Hosting and Server Logs
This website is operated using Framer and delivered via Framer’s infrastructure. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed, in particular the IP address, time of access, page accessed, referrer, and browser and device information. This processing serves to provide the website securely, reliably, and efficiently on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is stored only for as long as required for operation, security, and error analysis. Framer B.V. may receive data as a technical service provider; where data is transferred to third countries, the applicable data protection safeguards are used.
3. Fonts and Media
4. Contacting Us
No contact form is embedded on this website. If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communications and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in all other cases. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your enquiry and no statutory retention obligations prevent its deletion.
5. Scheduling Appointments via Calendly
The presite contains only an external link to Calendly; Calendly is not embedded in the website. You leave this website only when you open the link. On the destination page, Calendly processes data under its own responsibility and in accordance with the privacy information provided there.
6. Audience Measurement and Cookies
No marketing, advertising, or other tracking services requiring consent were identified on the presite. No corresponding tracking cookies are used. A cookie banner is therefore not currently provided. Where Framer processes purely technical or aggregated usage data to provide the website and measure its reach, this is done without creating marketing profiles requiring consent and on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have, in particular, the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You may also withdraw any consent you have given with effect for the future and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
8. Last Updated
Last updated: September 2026. This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly if the technical setup changes.
